Everyone needs a moment of silence. Everyone needs a moment of total mind and body peace. Everyone needs reflection. Yesterday and Tomorrow only exist in our minds. Think of the now and be blessed in everything you do. Walk forward with wisdom and a graceful light to bestow to the next man..woman...and especially the children.. Be at peace my friends that the path you walk and will continue on is exactly where you need to be in order to get to the better you.. the newer you.. the meditated you.
